I care for hospitalized children at an academic institution, which means I am also teaching medical students and residents. Within that scope, I help build curriculum for the residents. As a physician advisor, I interface with the insurance companies to improved managed care.

Health equity in pediatrics! I'm particularly interested in how we can change our system to decrease implicit bias' contribution to health inequities. Within that vein, I am currently contributing curriculum to the residency to teach cultural effective healthcare.
