Mission

Developing leaders in PHM to address the challenges of today’s Hospital Medicine workforce and workplace who will be equipped to:

  • Produce a modern organizational environment that promotes growth, sustainability and career longevity in Hospital Medicine through deliberate change in culture, attitude and systems that contribute to disparity

  • Successfully engage and interface with traditional structures and systems to facilitate organizational change that eliminates disparity

  • Address individual and system deficiencies that contribute to disparity and inequity by developing content expertise and skills in contemporary leadership

  • Develop a network of allies, mentors and sponsors to expand and disseminate knowledge and best practices for influencing change
